Stephanie describes her hiring process as ?non-conventional.? She follows her gut instinct to determine what kind of person they are and work well on her team. She looks for ?thoughtful souls who really want to take care of others? and people who can keep up with their fast pace. My last piece of advice?don?t settle when hiring. It?s better to wait for the right fit than fill the role immediately.
